THE COMPANY

Joining the team as a CRO Developer, you will be responsible for supporting the business in building the best place to work for digital optimisation.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the onboarding of testing tools to clients for website & domain set-up
  • Build HTML, CSS and JavaScript code to transform designs of variations into interactive experience on clients' websites
  • Leading on solution design for experiments
  • Complete end to end configuration of tests within clients chosen AB testing platforms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their development teams

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in CRO Development/Analytics
  • Background and educated to degree level in Computer Science
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
