  • Ensuring that costs are strictly controlled and within prevailing Travel and Expense Policies
  • Maintenance of directories
  • Contribution to management reports
  • Support in communication and exchanges with COO teams
  • Assisting with the organisation and logistics of client events;
  • London MMI and INF Teams
  • Arranging internal and external meetings
  • Coordination of diaries
  • Booking travel arrangements
  • Undertaking expense claims
  • Keeping records for recharging and launching invoices
  • Assisting with data storage and retrieval
  • Helping with internal and external presentations
  • Cooperation with other PAs
  • Working in partnership with and providing cover for other team assistants
  • Ordering office supplies & equipment and maintaining administrative records as required
  • Conduct & Regulatory Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures
  • Maintain appropriate confidentiality on all information disclosed to her under her job
  • Take reasonable steps to be fully aware of, understand and comply with all regulatory requirements from all regulatory bodies that are applicable to my business.
  • Embody Code of Conduct and behavioural competency
