Your Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Embark on a journey that will transform you into a specialist recruitment consultant Based at our City of London office you’ll receive top-tier training to master every aspect of the recruitment process. From outbound business development calls to closing deals with industry-leading clients, each day will bring new challenges and rewards. You’ll also play a vital role in sourcing top-tier talent, directly impacting the success of your clients' businesses.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Sales Experience: If you have a background in direct sales or outbound contact centers, we want you on our team, or if you have the passion and drive for sales please still apply
  • Confident Communicator: Comfortable and persuasive on the phone with potential clients and candidates.
