Role Overview:


As a Technical Co-Founder / AI/ML Developer, you will lead ThinkSmart AI’s technical development, driving the AI/ML strategy and working closely with the founding team to shape the future of personalised education. Key Responsibilities:


  • Platform Development: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of ThinkSmart AI’s scalable and user-friendly platform.
  • AI/ML Integration: Develop AI/ML models to personalise learning, providing real-time feedback and adaptive learning paths for students.
  • Data Infrastructure: Build and manage data pipelines, using insights to continuously improve AI models and learning outcomes.
  • Full-Stack Development: Implement features across both front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Scalability and Security: Ensure the platform’s scalability and compliance with data security standards like GDPR.
  • Team Leadership: Post-investment, you’ll have the ability to hire and lead your own team of developers, mentor them, and eventually take on the role of CTO.
  • Collaborate with Content Experts: Work alongside educators and subject matter experts to translate educational goals into technical solutions.
  • Adapt and Innovate: Work closely with the founding team to iterate on the product, ensuring it evolves with the needs of students and the market.

  • Experience in AI/ML, with a focus on personalisation algorithms, deep learning, and recommendation systems.

As this is a co-founding role, initial compensation will be in the form of equity, giving you significant ownership in ThinkSmart AI. This equity stake offers a chance to directly benefit from the company’s growth and success.

Once we secure funding, there will be opportunities for a competitive salary. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to build and lead your own development team as we expand.


We’re open to offers, but please understand this is an early-stage, backed Edtech startup. We seek determined entrepreneurs who want to scale this company and own a piece of the pie while doing so.
