We are seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead and scale our clients UK ServiceNow practices. This high-impact role will oversee end-to-end business operations, growth strategies, client relationships, and team development in one of the most dynamic markets in the IT services sector.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of leadership within ServiceNow or related technology ecosystems, with proven expertise in driving commercial success, operational excellence, and innovation.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the ServiceNow practice in the UK.
  • Align regional initiatives with global organizational goals and priorities.
  • Identify and capitalize on market trends, ensuring the practice remains competitive and relevant.

Commercial Growth

  • Lead business development efforts to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Build strong relationships with key ServiceNow stakeholders, including customers, partners, and the vendor ecosystem.
  • Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality solutions that align with client needs and objectives.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee the delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Establish and refine operational processes to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Manage the P&L, ensuring financial performance meets or exceeds targets.

Team Development

  • Build, inspire, and retain a high-performing team of ServiceNow professionals across sales, consulting, and delivery.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Mentor and develop future leaders within the practice.

Thought Leadership

  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and forums.
  • Advocate for ServiceNow best practices and lead innovation in the application of its platform capabilities.
  • Position the UK practice as a leading player in the ServiceNow partner ecosystem.


Proven Leadership Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Commercial Expertise: Demonstrable success in driving revenue growth, managing a P&L, and expanding market share.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its applications across ITSM, HR, CSM, and other business functions.

Strategic Vision: Ability to craft and implement a roadmap for practice growth and market leadership.

Operational Expertise: Strong experience in managing complex delivery portfolios, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent relationship management skills, with a network across ServiceNow, enterprise clients, and industry partners.
