As a member of the Automotive Software Solution team you will have the opportunity to build upon your existing background, knowledge, and expertise and contribute to Arm Machine Learning (ML) technology for the automotive industry. We seek individuals with exposure and knowledge of every level of the system software stack ranging from operating system kernel and distros up to the application level.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify relevant use-cases, algorithms, workloads and applications that can be used to showcase Arm machine learning acceleration technologies.
  • Define requirements for next generation Arm products.
  • Work with marketing teams to create outbound ML collaterals for Arm technology.
  • Work with Arm engineering resources to deliver optimizations for use-cases and applications.
  • Work with Automotive team-members to enable early (shift-left) development of ML use-cases, algorithms, and applications with cloud enabled virtual platforms.
  • Champion ecosystem partnerships that will lead to commercialisation of ML system and platform software.
  • Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical considerations in all data initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience :
  • Experience with development tools, SDKs, frameworks and app development focused on ML inference
  • Experience with and knowledge of machine learning models to power end-user experiences.
  • Experience with Machine Learning frameworks and tooling such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX, others.
  • Experience in developing complex software stack written preferably in C.
  • Expertise in debugging and optimizing complex software systems.
  • GitHub and/or GitLab
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :
  • Hands-on machine learning application level engineering experience developing code and help deliver on projects as needed.
  • Good understanding on ARM- v8-A and ARM- v8-M architectures, SMMU or IO-MMUs.
  • Familiarity with open-source test tools.
  • Experience in microservices and containers
  • An awareness about the value of CI and automated test system.
  • Experience with customer interactions, diagnose and resolve reported issues.
