Logan Growth is currently recruiting for a Financial Due Diligence (FDD) Associate. This position can be based anywhere in the world and is 100% remote. This position will assist with

buy-side and sell-side quality of earnings to gauge overall profitability of small and medium businesses.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in financial sell side due diligence assignments,
  • Financial and operating data processing and analysis,
  • Identifying potential financial risks related to the investment,
  • Contribute to financial due diligence reports preparation,
  • Contribute to different stages of the M&A transaction process,
  • Prepare financial analysis of small businesses with limited supervision.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
  • 1-2+ years of professional experience in financial advisory from a Big4 or middle market company, preferably
  • in due diligence assignments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Basic accounting and reporting knowledge and motivation to learn
  • Understanding of the Target business and its drivers
  • Basic knowledge of issues related to M&A transaction process
  • English fluency
