You will work closely with key stakeholders to identify skill gaps, create tailored training programs, and drive talent management strategies that align with the business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver impactful learning solutions.
- Partner with leaders to assess and address talent development needs.
- Drive the performance management process to nurture high-potential employees.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.
Experience:
- Proven experience in learning and development or talent management.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
