As a OD and Talent Partner, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing learning and development initiatives. You will work closely with key stakeholders to identify skill gaps, create tailored training programs, and drive talent management strategies that align with the business goals.

  • Develop and deliver impactful learning solutions.
  • Partner with leaders to assess and address talent development needs.

  • Proven experience in learning and development or talent management.
