We are seeking a robust Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our client, a leading regional law firm on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an experience TA with the provide strategic guidance on hiring the right talent.
Duties for this role include but are not limited to:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer and onboarding.
- Oversee the new starter process, including onboarding, pre-employment checks, and FAQs.
- Work with Preferred Supplier List (PSL) agencies to ensure engagement and quality candidate submissions.
- Design and implement a candidate experience that reflects our employer brand and core values.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all candidate touchpoints, including the careers site, job postings, and social media.
- Gather and act on candidate feedback to continually improve the recruitment process.
- Maintain transparent and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Implement and continuously evaluate the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Pinpoint.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified and diverse candidates for current and future roles.
- Screen and assess candidates using various tools and methods to ensure a fit with the role and the organisation.
- Conduct market research to understand hiring trends and labor market conditions.
The successful candidate for this role will have:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within professional services
- Strong understanding of employer branding and candidate experience best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and partners
- Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions
