Role Description

This is a full / part time contract remote role for a Chinese speaking Office/Property Manager based in London. As an Office/Property Manager, you will be responsible for a range of administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office and management of properties. Your responsibilities will include most activities of the business including handling business development, customer inquiries, managing property listings, property marketing, coordinating maintenance and repairs, organising viewings, and assisting with contract and lease agreements.


Qualifications

  • Fluency in both Chinese and English languages
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
  • Knowledge of the London property market and relevant regulations
  • Experience in office management or property management is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, but MUST be London based to assist with viewings and property access for contractors and maintenance people.
