Fleet

  • Ensure the Beavertown fleet is road legal and available to meet customer requirements.
  • Ensure vehicle defects are documented and resolved in a timely manner, escalating any issues to the Transport Operations Manager.
  • Document vehicle mileage, monitoring against contractual agreements.
  • Ensure MOTs and service schedules are planned, up to date and completed.

Compliance

  • Accurately gather and compile sustainability data, ensuring it aligns with our organizational goals and reporting standards to support our commitment to a greener future.
  • Monitor and enforce LSP adherence to company policies and processes, driving a culture of accountability and excellence in service delivery.
  • Foster a culture of safety by proactively identifying and addressing potential risks or unsafe behaviours, ensuring a secure workplace for all.
  • Review invoices to ensure they are accurate and compliant with contractual agreements, taking prompt action to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Timeous and accurate capturing of tracking/performance data

Health & Safety

  • Ensure that secondary distribution is operated in a manner compliant with Beavertown’s H&S policies and WoW.
  • Raise and assist distribution team with near miss reporting.
