The role


The Platform Manager will be crucial in developing and implementing effective strategies, managing e-commerce platforms, and driving online sales growth. The Platform Manager will leverage Amazon Brand Analytics tools and third-party analytics tools to analyse customer behaviour and optimize marketing strategies. Responsibilities


  • Create and manage marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, SEO/SEM, and affiliate marketing, to drive traffic and increase conversions.

  • Digital marketing, data analysis, and understanding of the online retail market are key to the successful execution of their role.

  • Assist with overseeing marketing campaigns, ensure optimal platform performance, and continually strive to improve the customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business growth.
  • Analyse data, including web analytics and customer insights, to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to maintain a positive brand image and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on the performance of the e-commerce platform, including key metrics, sales trends, customer behaviour, and campaign effectiveness.

Essential skills and qualifications


  • Experience in PPC and Data Analytics in the Amazon marketplace.
  • Experience with Vendor Central and Seller Central
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including PPC, SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
  • Appreciation of ROI, ROAS and how to increase sales
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, problem-solving proficiency, and a deep understanding of digital marketing and analytics.
  • Communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • To work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
