The Role


Reports to: Head of Innovation - Identity

Location: WeWork HQ, Waterloo - Hybrid (minimum once in the office per week)


iProov has continued to scale rapidly this year and is currently looking for a Flutter Engineer to join the growing Innovation function in our talented Innovation team based in London. You will be responsible for working on greenfield ideas within the biometric authentication and verification space.


How you’ll make an impact

  • Design, develop and help maintain new and existing Flutter apps
  • Work with a small team to produce innovative, creative and challenging apps
  • Evaluate new tech and select those best suited to the problems at hand
  • Proactively troubleshoot complex issues and provide solutions to solve them
  • Contribute to the broader research and technology strategy of the company


We tend to look for people with

  • Knowledge of Flutter app development and the Dart programming language
  • Familiarity with Provider, Riverpod, BLoC and similar architectures
  • Familiarity with cryptography and mobile security principles
  • A passion for writing clean, readable and maintainable code
  • Excellent communication skills


Desirables:

  • BSc or equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Experience with OAuth and OpenID Connect
  • Experience with native app development (Swift/Kotlin)
