The Opportunity

Are you ready to take the lead in shaping a culture of health & safety(H&S)? As a H&S Manager, you’ll guide a talented team of H&S Specialists, offering crucial support and expert advice across the entire product lifecycle—from origination and delivery to operations, decommissioning, and repowering. While your primary focus will be on H&S, you’ll also have opportunities to contribute to Environmental and Quality system initiatives, ensuring our teams operate to the highest standards.

In this dynamic role, you’ll spend time visiting solar, storage, and private wire assets across the UK, championing a Zero Harm H&S culture. You'll build strong relationships with colleagues and contract partners, becoming a trusted presence in our field-based teams.

Your home base will be your hub, but flexibility is key—you’ll travel to various UK field and office locations, adapting to business needs and stepping up when emergencies call for your expertise. This role offers the chance to make a real impact while staying connected to both the people and projects driving the renewable energy revolution.
