IGA is working with an expanding consultancy seeking an experienced Regulatory Director to join their Financial Services Advisory team in London. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping and growing the business while leading a team of high-performing professionals.


Role Overview:

As a Regulatory Director, you will balance business development and delivery, with a focus on identifying and closing opportunities, driving growth, and ensuring top-notch project execution. You will lead a team of three, providing mentorship and maintaining the highest standards in Conduct Risk advisory services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver high-impact regulatory projects, including compliance training, s166 reviews, and conduct reviews
  • Design, implement, and monitor conduct risk programs for UK-regulated firms
  • Develop and present business cases to address capability gaps and enhance service offerings
  • Drive business growth through strategic sales, marketing initiatives, and client management
  • Provide technical oversight and thought leadership on emerging conduct risk issues


Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services, with a background in managing consulting or professional services
  • Expertise in conduct risk compliance regulations and best practices
  • Proven track record in managing complex commercial engagements and delivering successful outcomes
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and client relationship skills
  • Flexibility to travel as needed
