Job Description :

The Property Operations Assistant must be an energetic, highly motivated, well organized, and people-oriented individual who is able to deal with property operation activities and is responsible for assisting the Managing Director to effectively and successfully manage labor, housekeeping and maintenance teams, quality control, and make sure that Eson2’s standards are kept throughout the operations procedures.


General Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Carry out inspections to our London properties to check cleanliness, service delivery, maintenance of the property
  • Organize and check the day operation of the properties that we manage in London in cooperation with the housekeeping and maintenance team to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Responsible for all daily requirements (arrivals- Check-in, departure-Check out,, VIP guests, concierge requests etc).
  • Be responsible for all the day-to-day guest requests, queries, complaints or problems that arise in the properties.
  • Responsible for preparing and checking the property inventory in the beginning of the season and at the end of it
  • Check available stock and determine the need for stocking (coffees, cleaning material, Linens, Towels).
  • Work closely with the Maintenance team to monitor and schedule all maintenance activity to ensure excellent condition of each property.
  • Maintain records on all aspects of management activity on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Prepare an improvement plan for each property at the end of the season to present to the owner.
  • Keep track, collect and update the database with all the operational expenses (suppliers, cleaning materials, cleaning services etc)
  • Check and collect all the invoices and payments from suppliers
  • Keep all company files updated regarding cleaning rules, maintenance information, housekeeping details
  • Keep forms updated with the stock of toiletries, coffees, cleaning materials and welcome boxes. Make sure to complete orders when needed
  • Monitor and reply to guest reviews on all the platforms and share feedback with the team to improve services.
  • Organise accommodation and transport for the local representatives and cleaning teams. Check that accommodation has everything the team needs to live comfortably. Discuss with Operations manager amendments/ additions needed.
  • Organise a central list with maintenance and technicians for each destination and make sure it is always updated.

REQUIREMENTS – SKILL, ABILITIES, AND KNOWLEDGE


  • A minimum of 1 year property management experience (ideally in the serviced apartments and/ or hospitality sales industry)
  • Tenacity and passion for lead generation and conversion.
  • Multi-tasking and strong time management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills in English. Any additional languages will be considered an asset.
  • Highly responsive and reliable with strong attention to detail
  • Energetic and responsive - you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and high degree of problem solving and creative thinking
  • Strong customer-oriented approach
  • Ease of familiarization with IT systems
  • Well versed in various areas of travel (corporate/leisure, groups/FITs, luxury etc.)
  • Team player, customer oriented, communication, agile, result oriented
