About the role:

EG On The Move is searching for an energetic and passionate store manager to lead our team and drive excellence in every aspect of our operations. As a Store Manager in our dynamic team, you’ll take on more than just a leadership role; you’ll play a crucial part in shaping the experiences of both your team and the customers you serve.

In this role, you'll manage daily operations and financial performance while upholding high standards for your store. You'll be actively involved in customer service, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, inviting environment. Additionally, you'll empower your team with the tools, training, and development opportunities they need to excel and advance within the company.

Essential:


  • Minimum 1 year leadership experience in retail and hospitality.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to qualify for this role, as you will be responsible for authorising age restricted sales.
