Working with the Digital Marketing Manager & Senior Internal Communications Executive in the close-knit Marketing & BD Team.


As Marketing & Communications Executive in the BD and Marketing department, your wide-ranging role is responsible for assisting in the execution of the firm’s digital marketing & internal communications strategies. The role involves collaborating with the internal teams and external agencies, in addition to key internal stakeholders. Deliver digital marketing activities to further promote the firm’s brand, reputation and client base in alignment with the agreed marketing plans.


Role/Responsibilities

  • Assisting others in the team with the day-to-day maintenance of the firm’s website and social media pages (LinkedIn & Instagram.) Strong understanding of social media landscape, particularly within the context of B2B, as well as ability to provide insight as to how we can make more of these channels. Experience with Craft CMS or similar.
  • Supporting and updating forthcoming internal communications alongside the Senior Internal Communications Executive, this includes planning, drafting, content generation and managing various internal stakeholders.
  • Assisting with the maintenance and development of the firm’s intranet, and its various sites that sit on SharePoint.
  • Content creation: experience with Canva and/or similar design tools, ability to understand and adhere to brand guidelines, basic video production and editing experience ideal. Support in the production of brochures, social media graphics and other marketing materials.
  • Copywriting experience and ability to interpret brand tone of voice into social caption copy, internal comms copy and other similar outputs.
  • Administration support, time management skills and ability to balance competing priorities. Maintain the social media schedule for the marketing team internally to support Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Support execution of SEO campaigns and quarterly projects working with third-party agency.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, paid social media and social media analytics a plus.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills (Word, Excel & Powerpoint.)
  • Collating client-focussed marketing collateral and being involved in the selection and production from beginning to end.
  • Utilise Vuture, SharePoint and InterAction for event and mailing support.
  • Other additional support as required.
