THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will be leading the data visualisation and data enablement work streams within the company
In this role you will be:
- You will be responsible for heading up the BI function and helping build it out in terms of headcount
- Exploring opportunities across the business to add and enhance the existing data sets that deliver value to the company
- Reporting across the business and measuring the impact of data visualisation solutions
- Collaborating with teams across the company to identify opportunities for optimisation
- Building out the BI roadmap
- Analysing large customer-related data sets to extract meaningful insights to support business objectives
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
They are looking for someone with 3-5 years' experience who comes from a retail background to assume this position

- You are well versed across Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Azure and Databricks
- You have strong communication skills and can work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven experience in data enablement projects from conception to implementation such as project planning and management skills
- Strong understanding of analytical coding skills and there limitations
