About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the use of data and visualisation, enabling the business to make informed decisions rapidly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive data enablement and visualisation to expedite business decision-making and add value.
  • Empower and motivate the team to use data effectively, embodying the potential of data in decision-making.
  • Evaluate and decide on the best tools for data visualisation (considering whether to stick with Tableau and Power BI or move everything to Power BI).
Requirements
  • Extensive experience with the Microsoft stack and proficiency in either Tableau or Power BI.
  • Demonstrated success in a similar role.
  • Retail experience is advantageous but not essential.
