About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Visualisation and Automation Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's Tech. As a key member of our CDAO organisation, you will be responsible for delivering data products that support the achievement of our business strategy goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work within an Agile framework to produce data products that meet stakeholder requirements
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to identify value-creating opportunities
  • Manage and lead a team to deliver automation, reporting, and visualisation capabilities
  • Drive innovation on the central reporting platform and grow team capability
  • Contribute to the development of community practices for data visualisation and enhanced platform design and delivery
Requirements
  • Proven track record in delivering automated, compelling, and insightful solutions
  • Strong understanding of tools, technologies, and data structures involved in reporting, automation, and visualisation
  • Ability to create efficient and scalable data products
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills
  • Commercial mindset and determination to challenge the norm
