This is a key role within the company. You will ensure that appropriate communication items are produced regularly, effectively and on time. It is expected that you will develop a close working relationship with clients and suppliers at senior level



Key areas of responsibility & duties:

  • Client focused administrative and traffic function to follow up coordination of international ooh campaigns while being an essential link between the advertisers and the suppliers for the delivery of artworks in time for the campaign to be displayed in time.
  • Collect artwork specs form the suppliers and consolidate for the clients per campaign into a ppt document with delivery dates of artworks and retro planning.
  • Follow up with clients on the reception of the artworks in time.
  • Chase suppliers, collect pictures “proof of posting” and “beauty shots” of each campaign.
  • Prepare advertiser’s campaign debrief including spend summary and qualitative pictures in ppt
  • Update summary file of all bookings including payment due dates for both by the advertisers and to the suppliers.
  • Follow up after booking confirmation is made
  • Check reception and validity of suppliers’ contracts before signature
  • Establish quote for the client
  • Check po is received from the clients
  • Draft invoices to the clients with their po number
  • Send signed invoices to the clients
  • Assist management in contacting and briefing suppliers in the different countries following clients’ briefs
  • Consolidate suppliers’ presentations into company templates
  • Updating of the company website


Skills & qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of media and outdoor advertising
  • Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Time management and development experience
  • Good understanding of sales and research processes
  • Team player
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Exemplary attention to detail
