About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and help drive the successful delivery of our AI-powered FinTech and PropTech solutions as well as the coordination of business initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Tech, Product, Valuation, Compliance, and Senior Leadership, to ensure that all kinds of business projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with our strategic goals.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the rapid growth of a cutting-edge DeepTech AI company while developing and enhancing your Project Management skills.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead project management efforts across multiple teams, ensuring clear communication and effective coordination.
- Work closely with the Tech, Product, Valuation, Compliance and Operations teams to develop, enhance, and deliver new products and current product enhancements.
- Implement Agile and other methodologies, facilitating weekly huddles, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with FINVISE’s business objectives.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing risks, challenges, and roadblocks proactively.
- Support continuous improvement within teams by refining processes and promoting best practices in project management and in different project management approaches.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, particularly in the FinTech and PropTech domains.
Who We Are Looking For:

Key Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in (Agile) Project Management, preferably within FinTech, PropTech, or AI powered companies.
- Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage expectations in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
- Experience in collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to translate complex business needs into actionable plans.
- Excellent organisational skills including documentation, automation of processes and setting up resources to support the delivery of a variety of product and business initiatives.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with AI-driven products or SaaS-based platforms.
- Experience working in start-ups or fast-growing tech environments.
- Interest in the FinTech or PropTech sectors.
