We are seeking a highly experienced Category Insights Manager to join an established Consumer Marketing Insights Team at a renowned tier-1 global consumer brand.
You will play a central role in generating impactful recommendations and insights to support the wider organisation including sales, marketing, and product teams.
This role will:
- Have full ownership of all audio-visual and monitor insights, including TVs, Projectors and Speakers.
- Build stronger recommendations through liaising with various areas of the organisation and partnering with local markets to ensure insights are aligned.
- Work in collaboration with wider agency to determine deliverables.
- Support the organisation in building a stronger, advanced proposition for customers and providing perspective on the outlook of opportunities.
- Identify areas of opportunity, through evaluating key trends and developments relevant to the specific category.
- Provide recommendations and insights to senior stakeholders that support the organisations strategic direction.
We are looking for:
- Highly skilled insights professional with a strong background in consumer insights/research.
- Established in survey design, working with agency, and skilled in Quantitative and Qualitative research.
- Confident communicator with the ability to interact with internal senior stakeholders.
- A highly analytical storyteller, able to present data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Generalist experience - diverse experiences in brand/social listening to contribute to the growth of the wider business.
- A strong influencer and relationship builder, with an ability to influence across the organisation and bring a new perspective and ideas.
- An ability to work in a fast-moving, ever-changing, and complex organisation.
The role is based in the London area and is a hybrid role allowing you to work 3 days in the office, and 2 days working from home.
