Account Manager

We are looking for a solid and ambitious Account Manager, with a track record of implementing effective campaigns across different disciplines. Capable at a strategic level with an ability to put together client presentations – you must be able to demonstrate the ability to take responsibility and ownership of different projects. This would include localising, developing and delivering integrated campaigns on all car models and partnerships.
This role will work exclusively on our automotive Client team and will collaborate across different disciplines, with focus on Aftersales and Used car.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordination & Agency Management
- Work closely with our clients’ agencies where relevant and ensure weekly status meetings are ran smoothly by helping to coordinate and deliver excellent campaign management
- Coordinate with clients / Europe to share relevant information and ensure understanding and adoption of creative assets
Client Servicing & Management
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, to deliver across key tasks
- Lead day-to-day communication with key client managers
- Developing relationships with internal stakeholders to be seen as a key point of reference on specific car models
- Be a key point of contact, alongside the Account Director, for any non-campaign specific requirements (e.g., relationships reviews, internal reporting, and forecasting).
Planning & Strategy
- Support the Account Directors to produce and create ‘best in class’ ways of working and operations
- Develop and implement efficient standard processes across the team to streamline tasks working with account, strategy, and production teams
- Ensure the successful implementation of the strategy and be a key player in ensuring campaigns are timely and reported on effectively
KEY REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following experience:
- Integrated experience - Have worked in a multi-agency structure with integrated through-the-line experience (ideally digital / amplification would be good, but not mandatory). Some experience in Automotive and/or CRM/customer experience would be helpful
- Strategic thinking – Have worked closely with planners to develop strategies and effectively managing the team to deliver to the strategy; be involved and contribute to strategic conversations involving brand positioning, business objectives, and channel strategy
- Attitude - An enthusiastic approach and a ‘can-do’ attitude are key, alongside a track record of exceeding expectations/overcoming obstacles to deliver results
- Creative Work - Good creative understanding and experience in stretching an idea into multiple channels
- Project management - A track record of great project management i.e., managing the project lifecycle from beginning to end and delivering projects to time, to budget and to quality and managing timings plans
- Strong commercial capabilities - Good commercial focus, a record of delivering client financial targets and growing profitable revenue
- Client relationship - Ability to nurture and build relationships with junior to mid-level clients
