Do you have experience managing helpdesk and administrative teams who can deliver outstanding support across the business


What will you do:

As a leader of our team of maintenance administrators, you will assist in recruitment, conduct performance reviews, and ensure compliance with HR deadlines and company policies. You will ensure the efficient delivery of administrative functions, upholding professionalism and customer satisfaction while meeting contractual obligations. Your responsibilities include collecting and reporting performance data, producing the Mitie Monthly Performance Report (MPR), representing the organization in meetings, and managing payment mechanisms. You'll oversee contractual compliance, staff training, record-keeping, and site CAFM systems, as well as support procurement processes.


What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will have a background and understanding of PFI Contracts and a track record of leading both contract and direct labor operations, as well as experience with budgeting and financial control. They should be able to effectively communicate, motivate, and collaborate with staff and colleagues. This individual should be highly organised, process-driven, and self-motivated.


Must have:

  • Experience in managing helpdesk and administration teams
  • PFI experience – Hospitals, Education
  • FM experience - Hard Services
  • Understanding MPR - Monthly Performance Reports
  • CAFM systems experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong senior team management experience
