Your Career:
As an Academy Trainer at MHR, you will have the opportunity to shape the development of Managed Services employees by providing high-quality learning and training programs. This role allows you to design and deliver impactful learning interventions, from onboarding to bespoke training courses, while refining your skills in curriculum development, eLearning, and continuous evaluation. You will be an integral part of the team, contributing to the development of employees and helping them deliver world-class service. The role provides a great foundation for career growth, as you engage in meaningful projects that directly influence the effectiveness and efficiency of the Managed Services team.
Your Team:
You will work closely with the Managed Services team to design, deliver, and evaluate professional learning interventions. By collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders, you will ensure that training programs meet the needs of the department and are aligned with company policies and goals. You will also support other departments as directed, building a strong network across MHR. Your role will be key in the onboarding process for new starters, providing a seamless transition and setting them up for success. The collaborative nature of your work will foster a positive and engaging learning culture within the organisation.
Your Impact:
Your efforts will have a direct and lasting impact on the development and performance of the Managed Services team. By designing and delivering training programs that cover legislative requirements, company policies, and innovative learning solutions, you will help employees enhance their skills and provide exceptional service to MHR’s customers. Your continuous evaluation of training effectiveness will contribute to improved learning outcomes and return on investment, ensuring that the team’s development is aligned with MHR’s goals. Your contribution to the onboarding process will ensure new hires are equipped with the knowledge and support they need to succeed, positively influencing employee satisfaction and retention.
