Our client, is a leading provider of Strategically Outsourced Services operating across the UK and Ireland. We are seeking to recruit a dynamic Account Manager who will play an integral part and be the operational lead at several sites across Cardiff, in the educational sector and be the driving force for cleaning delivery across the Iconic Buildings based Contracts.


Responsibilities:


The role holder will lead, support and guide the cleaning teams in the on-going operation and development of the services to ensure exceptional service levels, client satisfaction and continuous improvement to client and service users. Collaborate with your teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and contractual agreements.

This is a position that will suit an organised and energetic individual with great leadership skills, as well as a passion for developing their team and instilling ‘best practice’ and who likes to be hands-on.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Account Manager within a large MSC, preferably in the educational sector with relevant experience of at least 3 years.


Qualifications:


  • Holds a valid IOSH managing Safety certificate.
  • Hold a Level 5 Management certificate or equivalent (or willing to work towards).
  • Proven cleaning and service delivery experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Able to work on the client premises 5 days per week.
  • Attend multiple sites, across all shift patterns on an ad-hoc basis to engage with ‘out of hours’ colleagues.
