We’re looking for a classically trained Pastry Sous Chef who has gained experience within leading hotels or restaurants. Everything is made in house so you need knowledge of a variety of hot and cold desserts, ice creams, tempered chocolate, and larger scale mis-en-place for events.


A positive leader who will help motivate and mentor a large pastry team, whilst promoting the company values. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be vital in maintaining excellence.
