What you will be doing

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing their social media strategy to increase their online presence, improve their marketing efforts, and enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media trends, a flair for creative content creation, and a passion for the entertainment, sports, and fashion industries.


Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and optimize social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Align social media initiatives with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Develop engaging, creative, and high-quality content (images, videos, graphics, and written posts).
  • Coordinate with the design and video production teams to produce compelling visual content.
  • Foster and grow online communities by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and initiating conversations.
  • Track and analyse social media metrics to assess the performance of campaigns and content.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and personality across all social media channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activity.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the entertainment, sports, or fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
