This role will be crucial in the business as part of HR Shared Services. You will be responsible for leading a team of lean process analysts and looking at continuous process improvements across HR colleague services using lead methodologies to achieve this.

As the team lead, you will ensure processes are delivered and aligned to the business needs.

The ideal candidate should be lean qualified with a Six Sigma Belt and possess experience operating across HR.

Duties include:

  • You will be responsible for driving all the processes, ensuring they are delivered and executed effectively and in line with the business needs.
  • Ensure that all processes are tracked and traceable. This includes having clear measures and outcomes to promote efficiency.
  • Facilitate and lead process discovery/design workshops.
  • Leading all implementation of continuous improvement within HR.
  • Develop and implement process strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Lead the process team, including all process analysts.
  • Provide training and support to all team members.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Six Sigma Qualifications.
  • Solid working experience as a lean process manager/lead.
  • Proven practical experience applying Lean Six Sigma practices, ITIL, and project management processes.
  • Experience operating across HR/HR Shared Services.
  • Ability to gather, process, and analyse large data sets using Excel and Visualisation Tools such as Power BI, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Proven experience in implementing new/changed processes.
  • High attention to detail, with excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent people management skills.
