The role:

  • Working personally with the Client Directors through collating portfolio and marketing information
  • Being a primary point of contact for Sales providing full administrative support, including RFPs and DDQs.
  • Contribute to the development of close working relationship with the platforms and providers
  • Developing analysis on competitors, prospect and marketing analysis
  • You will be responsible for responding to a variety of operational, investment and ESG related content, coordinating with different teams to ensure prompt delivery to meet client expectations.
  • Updating standard marketing materials on a regular basis, primarily as it relates to the firm's listed equity strategies and coordinating as needed with colleagues.
  • Preparation of bespoke review presentations on an ad hoc basis.


The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a strong academic background and CFA level 1 qualified.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Have a demonstrable passion for sustainable investing
  • Have a high level of attention to detail
  • Be comfortable communicating with a variety of clients and stakeholders.
  • Be an enthusiastic team player
  • The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of the client business and their sustainable ethos more broadly.
