Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of employee experience analysts, fostering growth and performance through guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, business goals, and technical constraints to drive design decisions.
  • Conduct research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design solutions.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, flows, and mock-ups to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Establish and maintain design guidelines and best practices for product consistency.


Requirements

  • Demonstrated commercial experience in Employee experience design or similar. Leading improvement projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools
  • Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • Experience in user research, usability testing, and analyzing feedback.
  • Excellent facilitation skills, presentation skills
  • Demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • EU Citizenship
