This institution is a leading global full-service investment bank and boasts a very strong FIG team. In this capacity you will support the origination and execution of FIG transactions across all FIG verticals (Banks, Insurance, Asset & Wealth Management, Specialty Finance, Fintech). Transactions will be large cap, multi-gepgraphy cross-border M&A, capital market and financing deals.

The ideal candidate will likely be an experienced Associate or junior VP and have accrued impressive FIG transactional experience in a well-regarded investment bank or boutique.

Key duties centre on:

  • Assistance with origination and management of execution of on-going deals within the group (e.g. M&A transactions, strategic advisory etc)
  • Working with senior bankers on the delivery of strategic advice to clients
    • Strategic idea generation
    • Preparation of pitch book and discussion materials

Candidate criteria:

  • You must have accrued high calibre FIG expertise and deal experience
  • Client focused, possess an ability to work quickly and establish effective working relationships
  • Ability to develop, coach and motivate junior members of the team
  • Ambitious, driven and commercial
