Battersea UK, South West London, United Kingdom Daily Dose Juice Full time

No Agencies please - we have a preferred Agent who we are working with.

Job Description – Commercial Director - Based in SW18, should be happy to come to the office 2/3 days per week dependent on diary.

Who are we?

Daily Dose is the largest cold pressed juice manufacturer in the UK. We produce all our drinks in-house at our Corby factory, after beginning life in our founder's mum's kitchen. At Daily Dose, we produce the finest cold pressed juice made from wonky fruit and veg which would otherwise be thrown away. We focus on sustainability; working with local farmers, turning our organic waste into Biofuels, and only using bottles made from recycled materials.

After going through a period of rapid growth and expansion, and opening a new factory, we are expanding our team. With some impressive clients on our list, we have an exciting future ahead

As we continue to expand our reach and capture new opportunities, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead our revenue and sales efforts and manage our sales team.

What’s the opportunity?

As the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies. You will be responsible for building and implementing a growth plan with P+L responsibility for grocery and a large focus on Out-Of-Home channel as well as building additional channels such as export and new routes to market. You will lead and manage a sales team of five and provide guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets, plus a NAM to also advise. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers. We envisage that the team reporting into this role will grow significantly as we progress. The role will require close collaboration with our Head of Marketing and other department heads to effectively implement the growth plan. You will be joining Daily Dose’s senior leadership team and will be reporting into the CEO.

Provide input and feedback on product development, pricing, and promotional activities based on customer insights and market trends.

8. Sales Training and Development: Continuously train and develop the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management skills. Conduct regular sales meetings, workshops, and training sessions to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources for success.

9. Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and effective cost control. Monitor expenses and sales-related costs to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.

10. Industry Networking: Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand professional networks and stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the food and beverage industry. Represent the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
