Purpose of the Role
As an Area Manager at ZO Skin Health, you will be responsible for managing and developing key relationships with professional skincare clients, ensuring consistent sales growth and brand visibility. You will drive business through strategic partnerships, product training and tailored solutions that align with the unique needs of your accounts.
This position demands a proactive approach to nurturing and expanding accounts within a designated geographical area, while actively identifying and securing new, qualified accounts for ZO Skin Health to achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and highlighting ZOs innovative product portfolio with professionalism and expertise. Your success will hinge on building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction, driving growth for the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the expansion of ZO Skin Health skincare products across aesthetic accounts and win new ones in a defined geography
- Plan and implement bespoke in-practice quarterly marketing programs, education plans and events to increase sales, penetration, and market share
- Own and strengthen relationships with existing customers whilst developing and cultivating productive relationships with new customers
- Collaborate and strategize with clinical health experts in your area to develop and implement annual business plans, ensuring the accounts needs are addressed promptly and accurately
- Oversee and manage business leads from initial contact, to opening, focusing on enhancing your conversion rate at each stage of the process in alignment with company expectations
- Achieve monthly sales targets, KPIs and objectives as agreed through careful planning, execution and monitoring
- Lead the launch and execution of new innovations by planning and delivering with excellence
- Work closely with the sales team and wider leadership team to identify market expansion and growth opportunities
- Track and monitor area performance, submitting reports with accuracy for management review
- Stay informed about the market, brands, and customers to ensure the collection of relevant market intelligence
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years field sales experience within the aesthetics sector (desired) and/or professional skincare industry
- Self-motivator with strong planning skills to maximise productivity time in field to support KPI achievements
- A proven track record of growing business via winning new accounts, developing existing accounts and achieving targets
- Strong business acumen supported by excellent negotiation skills
- Skilled in listening and adapting to various interpersonal styles, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Ability to cultivate, maintain and build professional relationships with clinic owners/managers
- Established and extensive network of contacts with aesthetic clinics and skin health experts
- Enthusiastic about the skincare industry, with a keen eye for staying ahead of industry trends and innovations
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.
- A full driving license is essential for the position
