THE ROLE

As the Breakfast Supervisor, you will be responsible for the operation of the morning shift and providing exceptional quality service to guests in a quick and efficient manner in line with hotel and brand standards.

Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

  • Provide exceptional quality service to guests in a quick and efficient manner in line with hotel and brand standards
  • Be comfortable in your ability to multi-task, prioritise and remain calm under pressure
  • Greet guests, take orders, serve and take payment in line with Nobu philosophy and standards
  • Read tables and understand guest needs and dislikes

ABOUT YOU

  • A good working knowledge of all food products particularly the style and concept, as well as a good working knowledge of all beverage products. (Excellent training will be given)
  • Ideally you would have previous experience with the ability to engage and connect with a wide range of guests from different backgrounds, ideally gained in a similar Lifestyle boutique hotel, destination fine dining restaurant or cocktail lounge/bar
  • Have an open and approachable manner and thrive on interacting with people
  • Have great communication skills, a sense of humour and a welcoming smile
  • An understanding of what it takes to provide outstanding levels of guest service
  • An eye for detail and be immaculately presented
