We are now recruiting for a Powerpoint Specialist / Presentation Designer to join Sciterion.


The role is full-time, permanent and hybrid with 3 days in an office in Thames Ditton, Surrey.

The role


The Junior Presentation Designer will work alongside the Presentation Specialist to create high-quality PowerPoint presentations that are aligned with pharmaceutical branding guidelines and effectively communicate medical content by designing custom graphics, templates, and layouts as needed to enhance clarity and visual appeal.


You will be bringing fresh ideas to the client's offering keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in Office and PowerPoint and researching the latest techniques and new practices.


Core duties and responsibilities


  • Accurately interpret and complete briefs from the Account teams
  • Seamlessly integrate Excel tables, graphs and charts into presentations
  • Accurately reproduce graphs, charts and diagrams/icons in Illustrator
  • Support the Creative, Production and Account teams with producing graphs and tables
  • Maintain a portfolio of creative insight to allow you to provide the best support to your customers
  • Produce templates and amends accurately and to agreed deadlines taking into account the time constraints of your customers and their clients


The person


  • 1- 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer with experience in presentation design
  • Advanced experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Ability to move between Illustrator and PPT when necessary
  • Ability to challenge respectfully to enable top-quality work
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
