Mechatronics Product Developer

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Mechatronics Engineer to join our team at Technical Futures Ltd.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and developing electro-mechanical products or machines, leveraging strong 3D CAD skills and experience with writing software for PLC control systems.
Responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing complex machines such as robots, actuators, and conveyors.
- Developing electrical and pneumatic control systems.
- Coordinating automation projects from inception to delivery.
- Providing technical guidance to junior engineers.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of industrial experience in designing electro-mechanical products or machines.
- Strong 3D CAD skills, preferably with SolidWorks.
- Expertise in writing software for PLC controls systems in Ladder Logic.
- Experience working with Allen Bradley RS Logix/Studio 5000, FactoryTalk View, Mitsubishi SCARA robots, and Fanuc 6 axis robots.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A salary of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
