Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Macclesfield/Cheshire

Salary: £28k basic salary (+ 10k OTE)

They're looking for an ambitious candidate and natural relationship builder to come in and support the Sales team - you'll be taking care of existing customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their retention.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process new sales enquiries, handle customer queries adeptly
  • Analyse sales reports, identifying any prevalent trends
  • Setting up new customers, ensuring all pricing and information is accurate
  • Managing, updating and cleansing the CRM system
  • Manage incoming messages from a variety of channels - LinkedIn, social media etc
  • Nurture customer relationships proactively

Account Manager Package:

  • Competitive basic salary of £28k
  • Y1 OTE of up to £38k

Account Manager Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level

  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in your career
