THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role you will play a crucial role in helping the company enhance its reporting capabilities, being a key payer in building out the self-serve dashboarding suite


In this role you will be:

  • Design and implement a self-serve Power BI reporting suite, leveraging SQL for data querying and optimisation, using data modeling techniques to enhance BI performance
  • Analyse datasets to uncover insights, effectively visualising findings to help inform decision-making
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to understand the needs of the business and tailor BI solutions
  • Designing, and optimising the CRM reporting platform for external users
  • Design detail orientated user-friendly and visually compelling data visualisations in Power BI


YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

They are looking for a highly technical candidate who has experience/exposure to customer data and looking after CRM reporting platforms

  • You have proven experience in designing, developing and maintaining a Power BI reporting suite
  • Strong understanding of data visualisation and user experience design
  • Proficient in SQL, Power BI, with exposure to cloud data warehousing
  • Knowledge of Python and Snowflake is a plus
  • Experience working within the CRM function and implementing CRM dashboarding across the business
