We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to engage new business opportunities which will support the growth of our Business Development team.


You’ll be a self-starter who can spot that new business opportunity and have experience of using CRM systems to manage your own pipeline and accurately update CRM and pipeline data.


Duties will include:

  • Calling new potential clients with the aim of booking new business appointments
  • Qualifying prospects to a high level to offer the best chance of conversion
  • Maintaining CRM system with accurate data
  • Building and managing a pipeline
  • Working closely with the Account Management team to identify areas of opportunity.
  • Researching new potential targets
  • Following up marketing / networking events
  • Collating information around objections and competitors


You will be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, who can build effective relationships with a variety of audiences, through a confident and positive attitude. You’ll be resilient, effectively handling objections. You will have the ability to identify what keeps the customer awake at night with the talent to link them to areas of our business that can add value.


You’ll be self-motivated, and a great team player, adding value to strong, well-rounded team. Tenacity is key – understanding and living by the ethos of ‘what you put in you get

out'. Previous experience selling within the legal, professional services or recruitment market would be desirable.
