You will receive day to day support from HR Assistants, which will allow you to plan and execute the operational HR elements of this busy hotel environment, covering two sites.


As an HR Assistant, you'll bring your skills for structure and organisation to the forefront, ensuring smooth operations and effective people management within the hotel setting. This is your chance to not only advise managers on recruitment, retention, and performance but also to make a tangible impact on the hotels guests' experiences and organisation's success.
