Excellent opportunity for an experienced Support Technician to join a high quality Claims Management business, to develop and grow the Risk Division.

As we enter our next stage of growth, we are looking for an experienced and professional Support Technician to take ownership of several key clients. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and define the role, reporting directly into the Operations Manager in collaboration with the Director of Casualty and Risk Services.
What will you be responsible for:
- Liaison with all divisional stakeholders.
- Assist with the development and promotion of key account clients.
- Maintain and support the division with their relationship of key account clients.
- Assist the team with any queries relating to the client, acting as their escalation point to help solve any problems as and when required.
- Oversee data collection of the subcontractor network.
- Effectively manage client data, in accordance with SLA’s
- Assisting in resource planning, deployment, analysis and monitoring.

- Understanding of risk surveying and its terminology.
