This Finance Assistant role is based in a sociable, office-based team and is an ideal role for someone seeking to progress their career in accounts or utilise their experience in a successful company with a strong team ethos.
In the role of Finance Assistant, you will be part of the accounts team and report to the Finance Manager. Duties will include:
- Reconciling bank accounts following FCA regulations
- Input and reconciling of payables and receivables
- Accurately processing of income into the accounts system
- Supporting the production of monthly management accounts
- Maintaining daily cashflow reports
- Supporting Year End Audit
- Ad hoc reporting and finance administration duties requested by the Finance Manager
It is expected the successful Finance Assistant, will be able to offer:
- At least 12 months experience in a finance assistant or accounts assistant role
- Experience in accurate input of financial data
- Experience of using Sage and Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
