Finance Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Finance Administration Assistant to join our team at Williams Lea Limited. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Inputting data and transferring time/information on Elite
- Dealing with incoming/outgoing/issuing cheques
- Transferring time entries from matter to matter
- Matter closures
- Digital payments
- Treasury Sanctions check
- Land Registry Bankruptcy check
- Verification of bank details
- IDs for beneficiaries (Thirdfort or certified ID and Proof of Address)
- International Payments
- International Bankruptcy checks
- Credit Notes
- Generating draft bills and the processing of finalised bills, submission thereof and subsequent following up for payment.
- Knowledge within day to day tasks i.e. raising draft bills, BACS/CHAPS and verifying bank details
- Exceptional standard of written and verbal communication
- Proficient multi-tasker
- Competent with the Microsoft Office suite
- Team player
- Previous experience of Elite would be preferable
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Solutions focused
- Have a high level of confidentiality and integrity
- Exceptional attention to detail
