Help shape the energy turnaround at Elements Green Development Ltd. - as a Procurement Administrator(m/f/d)

- Submission of the invoices into SmartSheet for the internal approval payment process;

- Issue, monitor and follow up on the open / confirmed Purchase Orders for Group services and goods;

- Supporting across all procurement activities including contract management, invoicing process, preparation of supplier agreements and tender management;

- Work cross functionally with finance, development and technical teams to ensure effective cost management of procurement activities;

- Supporting the wider Systems, Operations and Supply Chain team.


That's why we would like to get to know you - your profile

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, commercial studies or similar discipline would be an advantage;

- Ability to work independently / self-starter / high self-discipline;

- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail;

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;

- Fluent in English a must, with advantage to those who can speak Italian and/or German;

- Previous experience working in SmartSheet considered advantageous;

- Any previous experience in process automation highly desirable.
