We have an excellent opportunity for a Client Services Delivery Manager – Global Immigration & Mobility Services, to join a leading international consultancy.

At the heart of our client’s success is their commitment to exceptional client service. As the Client Service Delivery Manager, you'll play a key role in enhancing client services, ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective solutions across operations.


This position require experience in creating and implementing processes and not just managing existing processes and procedures.


Key duties of the role include:


  • Design, develop, implement, and review performance metrics to monitor service quality, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Lead and optimise client service delivery processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and KPIs.
  • Produce and present comprehensive reports and analyses on team performance, client satisfaction, and service delivery outcomes.
  • Engage with IT and systems development to enhance service delivery platforms and client interfaces.
  • Offer expertise in global immigration matters, providing solutions and guidance to teams and clients.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, fostering innovation in service delivery methods.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service integration and client support across different jurisdictions.


Skills required:


  • Sound knowledge of global business immigration.
  • Proven experience in client service delivery, preferably within a global consultancy or immigration services environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in creating and interpreting reports, graphs, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent IT skills, including in data analysis and presentation tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a track record of leading by example and finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
