• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats, ensuring the product remains competitive and long-term relevant.

Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product development and launch, with a focus on the end-to-end process: idea > design > develop > release > market > sell.

• Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new product opportunities and improve their existing product.

• Ensure regular and effective communication with key stakeholders, including the exec team and customers, to keep them informed about product strategy, progress, and performance.

• Develop and maintain strategic product partnerships and alliances that can enhance the product offering and create additional value for customers.

• Assess wider industry trends and innovations, with a focus on data and helping the company further progress its adoption of AI use cases to further enhance clinical outcomes.

• Forge strong relationships with key customer (CCIO/CIO) stakeholders and senior NHSE decision makers.

• Ensure that all products comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of the product and make data-driven decisions.

• Demonstrable track record of building product strategy and roadmap plans aligned with business strategy, underpinned with best-in-class product management practices and technologies.
