ODM Partners has been exclusively retained to support our client in their search for an Associate to join their growing infrastructure debt team. The team has been active in making investments and has maintained strong team retention. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on various investments across diverse sectors and geographies. You will benefit from a dynamic, collaborative environment, where the team operates with a flat structure, allowing you to work closely with senior leadership and gain direct visibility with key decision-makers.


Role Requirements:


  • 2-3 years of experience in Project Finance, Debt Advisory, or Infrastructure Debt, ideally within an Investment Bank, Boutique, or Debt Fund.
  • Strong financial modelling and credit assessment skills, with hands-on experience managing investment-grade transactions.
  • Ability to draft detailed investment committee memos.
  • Solid understanding of the technical, legal, and financial aspects of infrastructure projects.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, team-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys solving complex problems.
  • Fluency in English and right to work in the UK
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the evaluation and analysis of private infrastructure debt transactions.
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including legal, technical, and market analysis, and analyse financial models.
  • Draft investment credit memoranda and perform detailed reviews of transaction documentation.
  • Support deal structuring, execution, and underwriting, ensuring adherence to a robust investment process and governance framework.
  • Monitor existing investments, conduct quarterly/annual reviews, and provide portfolio analysis and reporting on industry trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with key market players and trends, contributing to the development of investment strategies and insights.
  • Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment by engaging with colleagues and stakeholders across the business.
